Róża Louise Odier to klasyczna przedstawicielka róż bourbon, ceniona od pokoleń za swój romantyczny wygląd i niezwykle intensywny, słodki zapach. Jej pełne, ćwierćrozetowe kwiaty o średnicy około 8–10 cm urzekają delikatnym, różowym kolorem, który z czasem może lekko jaśnieć. Kwiaty pojawiają się obficie w pierwszym dużym kwitnieniu, a następnie powtarzają się w mniejszych falach aż do jesieni.
Roślina dorasta zwykle do 1,5–2 metrów wysokości, ale przy odpowiednim prowadzeniu może być traktowana jako niewielka róża pnąca. Posiada bujne, ciemnozielone liście oraz silne, lekko przewieszające się pędy.
