New Peletto EGK-60 grain extruder

The EGK-60 grain extruder is designed to improve feed quality, producing high-quality feed aimed at significantly improving animal growth and increasing milk production. The extruder transforms grain into a foamy mass in the form of small sticks or flakes. Antinutritional substances in legumes are deactivated. High temperatures disinfect the feed, killing harmful microflora, fungi, and pathogenic bacteria, to which young animals and chicks are particularly susceptible. Furthermore, pressure and high temperatures break down starch components, which are difficult for the digestive system, into lighter, simpler carbohydrates and sugars. Vitamins and all other nutrients are preserved because the temperature effect is short-lived, occurring in a fraction of a second. This means that the animals don't waste energy digesting the feed, but instead direct all their energy and strength toward increasing body weight and milk production. The digestibility of the feed by the animals is 90%. The finished product is ideal for transport and storage, as it doesn't stratify or crumble.
