Cepilnik omogoča delo z daljšimi poleni, saj dosega maksimalno višino sekanja 144 cm brez mize, hod sekire pa je nastavljiv v razponu od 0 do 50 cm. Nastavitev višine sekanja poteka preko verižnega sistema, kar omogoča natančno prilagoditev delovnega procesa glede na dolžino materiala. Premična miza ima šest osnovnih položajev z dodatno vmesno stopnjo, kar zagotavlja visoko prilagodljivost pri delu s poleni različnih dolžin.
Skupna teža stroja znaša 200 kg, kar pomembno prispeva k stabilnosti med uporabo. Cepilnik je opremljen z dvema neodvisnima hidravličnima vodoma, pogon pa je mogoč bodisi preko kardanskega sistema z multiplikatorjem in hidravlično črpalko bodisi preko električnega pogona z dvojno hidravlično črpalko, ki deluje na enofazni tok 220 V. Pri traktorskem pogonu je potrebna minimalna moč traktorja 18 KM, priklop pa poteka preko 3-točkovnega sistema Cat 0, Cat 1 ali Cat 2.
Za lažji transport je cepilnik opremljen z gumijastimi kolesi premera 20 cm, njegove transportne dimenzije znašajo 100 × 55 × 120 cm, dolžina pospravljenega cepilnika pa je 122 cm. Križna sekira in sekalna razširitvena sekira sta na voljo kot opciji z doplačilom.
Cepilnik je primeren za delo s kratkimi drvmi ter tudi za manjše količine metrskih drv, pri čemer zložljiv cilinder za transport omogoča enostavnejši prevoz in shranjevanje.
