The MAANS-S570 sunflower header is a universal full-cut header designed for harvesting crops regardless of row spacing. With this header, you can efficiently harvest crops with row spacing from 40 to 75 cm.
The reel height is hydraulically adjustable directly from the operator’s cab, allowing the header to be fine-tuned according to the crop variety and height.
The feed auger is a single-piece construction without additional joints or fasteners, ensuring maximum material feeding speed into the combine’s feeder house.
The auger drive is equipped with a torque limiter to protect against foreign objects and prevent equipment damage.
All drive shafts are made from hardened alloy steel to ensure maximum service life and to prevent mechanical wear.
The entire cutting system, including the drive, is made from high-quality components. All parts of the cutting system are manufactured from special wear-resistant steel, ensuring minimal crop loss during harvesting.
